Visiting and Using our Site: Key Success Company (herein “KS”) owns and operates (“MIS”) and allows users to setup and view electronic video content (“Content”), of informational / instructional based video tutorials and utilize our services (“Services”) included but not limited to; processes that assist residents in obtaining renters insurance, provide e-sign parent / guardian rent guarantees services, email chase and messaging by and between a tenant (“Resident”), Rent Guarantor (“Guarantor”), a property owner and / or a management company, a client, university, college and all employees of such companies (“Licensee”). Residents, Guarantors and Licensees are herein collectively referred to as (“Users”). This Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) is intended to provide you information about how the information MIS/KS collects from you and the way that we use this information you share with us.

When a Resident, Guarantor or Licensee chooses to use or access MIS, Licensee or Resident, Guarantor agrees to the practices described in this Agreement. MIS Content, products and services may change in the future without notice. This Agreement applies to current and future MIS and KS Content, products and Services as they may change from time to time.

Activities Requiring a Login or an Account: To access and use the MIS site and services all Users must create and be logged into a MIS account. In order to create an account, Users must provide MIS with some personal information, such as name, address, e-mail, telephone numbers and other information as required. When other information (such as parents e-mails phone, consumer preferences or demographic information) is directly associated with personal information, this other information is treated as personal information.

Licensees will invite / add Users, Offices, Properties (all information including but not limited to Buildings & Units), property information, set up video Tutorials, Parent Guarantees, Messaging and Chase E-mails. Residents may be asked to view instructional video tutorial(s), to receive property information which assists Resident users in obtaining renters insurance, to execute a parent/guardian lease guarantee and to use the MIS site thus requiring a login or an account.

Cookies: We use “cookies” as a method to gain dependable and consistent traffic data. A “cookie” is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies to help us provide customizable services and to allow you to sign-in to our Sites more efficiently. Cookies may also be used by MIS and KS partners on co-branded Web pages. Such information may be used to assist the Licensee in enforcing provisions of the leasehold agreement, including but not limited to the enforcement of legal rights by these parties.

The information collected by MIS may be used among other things, to improve MIS, develop marketing campaigns, and provide you with personalized information when you use MIS. This website is intended for use by persons over the age of 18. MIS and KS does not knowingly collect or publish any information personally identifying any child under age 13. Children under age 13 should not access this website and should not post any information personally identifying themselves anywhere on the website.

Providing Information to MIS: If User chooses to provide personal information, User should realize that it will be available to MIS,KS and Licensee involved in your leasehold. This means that Licensee and certain other third parties who are not related to MIS may collect and use such information.

Information Sent to MIS by Your Web Browser: We collect information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser. This information typically includes your IP address; the name and version of your operating system; the name and version of your browser; the page you were visiting before you accessed our Site; and the date and time of your visit. The information we receive depends on the settings of your browser. Please check your browser if you want to learn what information your browser sends or how to change your settings. Generally, we use this information to create statistics that help us improve our site and make them more compatible with the technology used by our visitors. This type of information is also used for marketing purposes and to improve your experience on the Sites.

Messages sent via our messaging system(s) are sent to email which we believe to be accurate, however delivery is not guaranteed. Please note that we may not include the opt-out information in non-commercial e-mails (i.e., e-mails concerning your membership, the website’s Terms and Conditions of Use, etc.). In addition, the information may remain available on archived webpages or may have already been copied by property owners / management companies that you have an agent and / or leasehold relationship with. Information Provided by Others. From time to time, we may supplement the information you give us with information from third parties. For example, we may supplement your profile with demographic and preference data or we may correct mailing addresses by using public sources. By supplementing your profile, we are better able to provide product recommendations and special offers that will be of genuine interest to you. We may also use this information to further personalize our site and improve your experience while you are on our site.

Advertisements: Advertisements from third parties may be posted on MIS. These third parties may send ads directly to your browser or your email address and such ads may contain links to websites that are not associated with MIS/KS.
